  • Peer Support call: Free call with Jenn, Mike, or Victor for Peer Support for First Responders and Frontline Workers.

  • SNP Consultation Call: Schedule a 30-minute free Connection Call with DD via audio or video to receive an overview of our services and ensure we are a proper fit.

  • Somatic Bus or Virtual Session: Book a 60-90 minute session on the somatic bus or in virtual settings for Mind-Body Coaching or Somatic Therapy.

  • Packaged Plan: Schedule a 4-week packaged plan at a discounted rate.

  • Sliding scale and community support available

Sunday: Closed

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and follow our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • You will be charged the full session fee if you miss your appointment without prior notice.

  • We understand that emergencies can arise. If you have an unavoidable circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting Jennifer via phone (audio or text) or email.
