Not Just Therapy—A Journey Back to Your Self
How I Work (and Why It’s Not Just “Work”)
Body:
When people ask me what I do, I usually pause—because what I do isn’t really work in the traditional sense.
It’s more like attunement.
Attunement to your body’s signals.
To your story.
To what hasn’t been fully seen or heard—yet.
Yes, I’m a MindBody Coach. Yes, my work is therapeutic. But what I really offer is space—a place where your body, mind, and spirit can gently explore what stress or trauma has shaped and what healing is ready to emerge.
My approach blends science, traditional healing, somatic practices, and mindfulness. I call this my Diamond Framework—and it starts with stress.
We address stress first. Then you decide what’s next.
Some of my clients release the stress they’ve been carrying and feel ready to move forward—go back to work, back to life. Others feel called to go deeper, into trauma work, where we use somatic tools to process what’s been held inside.
This path isn’t rushed.
It’s paced, collaborative, and rooted in agency and choice—always.
You get to decide how far, how deep, how fast.
You get to meet yourself where you are—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
I’m just here to walk beside you.
