Hi, I’m Monet Goode.

Lead consultations, referrals, and somatic care

Have you ever felt dismissed—by a system, a professional, or even by yourself?

I get it!

I work with people who have adapted intelligently to dismissal and are ready for access instead of fixing.

I’m a Somatic Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years in healthcare, working as a paramedic, nurse, and nurse practitioner in hospitals, on the streets, and in community settings. Those experiences taught me what truly helps people heal—and what quietly gets in the way.

I founded The FELT Wisdom after walking my own long path of recovery from dismissal, stress, and trauma. Through lived experience and clinical work, I developed Advanced Relational Medicine™—an integrative approach that honors both nervous system science and the wisdom of the body.

At the heart of my work is this:
I help people restore access to themselves so discernment and self-advocacy can emerge naturally.

I work with careful pacing, embodied awareness, and respect for each person’s capacity—especially those who have felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, or pressured to override their bodies just to function.

I don’t tell people who to be or how to heal.
I help create the conditions where the body can speak again—and where choice becomes possible.

I am both a practitioner and someone in ongoing adaptive recovery.
And I believe healing happens when we remember that being human is already enough.

I guide people from dismissal to embodied self-advocacy—by restoring access rather than forcing change.
