Inclusion Superpower
Everyone deserves access to healing. My practice honors all bodies, identities, and communication styles. I welcome Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing clients alike and create spaces where everyone is seen, supported, and empowered to show up as they are.
I’m a Somatic Nurse Practitioner and profoundly Deaf practitioner who leads with the body—and listens with more than ears. My lived experience of Deafness is not a barrier, but a strength that shapes the way I see, feel, and connect. It gives me a unique sensitivity to the unsaid, the unseen, and the often-overlooked messages of the body.
In a world that prioritizes talking over feeling, I offer something different: presence, precision, and deep attunement. As someone who navigates life through visual and sensory awareness, I’ve developed a natural ability to read nervous system cues—posture, breath, muscle tone, microexpressions—and respond in ways that help clients feel safe, regulated, and heard.
My journey through audism, systems of exclusion, and medical spaces has given me an embodied understanding of disconnection—and an unshakable commitment to creating spaces of belonging, safety, and self-return.
Whether I’m working with frontline workers, community members, or those living with chronic stress and trauma, I meet people exactly where they are—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—and help them come home to their bodies, in their own time, in their own way.
Somatic work isn’t just what I practice. It’s how I live.
